Hardness Testing Inspector (UAE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out portable and conventional hardness testing on metallic materials and welds. • Perform testing using Leeb, UCI, and other approved hardness testing methods. • Evaluate hardness readings according to ASTM, ISO, and client requirements. • Prepare inspection reports and maintain testing documentation. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardness testing within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, or Industrial sectors. • Experience with portable hardness testers (Leeb/UCI). • Knowledge of ASTM and ISO hardness testing standards. • Experience in hardness test interpretation and report preparation. • NDT experience is an added advantage. • Strong communication and reporting skills. • UAE/GCC experience preferred. • Immediate joiners preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

• Certification in Hardness Testing or equivalent qualification. • Technical diploma or engineering background preferred. • Additional NDT certifications will be an advantage.
